Finance and Funding Co-ordinator (Part-Time, Fixed Term)
The The Robert Burns Ellisland Trust is seeking a highly organised Finance and Funding Co-ordinator to support delivery of the major heritage regeneration project “Saving the Home of Auld Lang Syne” at Ellisland Farm, the historic home of Robert Burns.
This role will support grant administration, financial monitoring, project reporting and funding compliance across multiple live funding streams. Working closely with the Project Director and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will help manage grant claims, expenditure tracking, financial records and project reporting systems.
Ideal candidates will have strong administrative and spreadsheet skills, experience in financial or grant administration, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a small team environment. Experience with heritage, charity or publicly funded projects and familiarity with Xero are desirable.
14 hours per week | Hybrid working | £27,000–£34,000 FTE equivalent | Fixed-term for 6 months.
