£28,000–£32,000 DOE + tips
We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our growing independent café and evening venue. You’ll work closely with the owner to support daily operations, train and motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer service and help drive the next stage of Pan’s Café’s growth.
Hospitality management experience preferred, but we’ll consider exceptional supervisors looking for their first management role.
