Admin Assistant Wanted – Immediate Start

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person to join our office team for the summer season. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers, processing bookings, answering enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of the centre.
Main duties include:
• Welcoming customers and visitors
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Processing bookings and payments
• Maintaining booking systems and customer records
• Assisting customers with activity and equipment hire arrivals
• Supporting other departments when required
• Keeping reception clean, tidy and welcoming
What we’re looking for:
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Good organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and flexible team player
• Comfortable using computers and email

The role:
• Full-time seasonal position
• Immediate start available
• Typical hours are 08:00–16:30
